Sally Bowman has been a realtor since 2003 with experience in buying and selling houses all over Connecticut. She has experience in both residential sales and commercial leases, and is a new construction project manager for several area builders, offering step-by-step guidance to help you build the home of your dreams. Sally’s strong knowledge of the building and construction business gives her an invaluable perspective and a unique advantage in evaluating and assessing homes for both quality and pricing standards.
Prior to a career in real estate, Sally owned and operated RW Hine ACE Hardware in Cheshire, where she built her business on the simple yet highly valued practices of investing in her community, helping people and solving everyday home problems. These fundamental business standards - combined with her extensive knowledge of home quality and maintenance - are core aspects of her real estate style. Growing up the youngest of 8 children was an early education on the skills of negotiating and working hard! She knows how to roll up her sleeves and get going, an approach she brings to each and every client, working to always put their interests first. Sally will give you the high level of service that you deserve with the small-town approach and knowledge of the market you can trust.
A lifelong resident of Cheshire, Sally is connected to the community and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Sally has received many professional designations, but 2013-2014 proved to be a very special time, both personally and professionally. Sally was President of the Connecticut Chapter of the Certified Residential Specialist when they were recognized nationally as Chapter of the Year- Small Chapter. She also received the FIVE STAR PROFESSIONAL AGENT award in 2013 & 2014. In 2016, Sally was inducted into the Connecticut Scholastic and Collegiate Softball Hall of Fame- 2013-2014 for her athletic and academic achievements while at Holy Cross High School.
Sally is a lifetime resident of Cheshire and is proud to follow in the entrepreneurial spirit of her father and brothers. She enjoys spending time with her adult son, Kevin, her spouse and the rest of the extended Bowman clan. Her hobbies include reading, studying American history, gardening, playing golf and having fun!

Sally was educated in the Cheshire grammar schools and is a graduate of St. Bridget Junior High and Holy Cross High School in Waterbury, CT (class of 1986). A 1990 graduate of Adelphi University, Sally earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, after which she returned home to give back to her community. Over the years, Sally has continued her education by attending a wide variety of classes, seminars and training all across the country.
